You can call back your order within in a time limit of two
weeks after the first delivery. The cancellation can be dealt with in form of
writing based on a different durable data carrier or by return of the
merchandise.
Before you return the merchandise to us, please apply for
an RMA number under the e-mail retouren@soft-store.de . You can then send the
merchandise with the account of your RMA number back to the following address:

The purchase price will be
reimbursed once the merchandise has been returned.
Products not
ususally listed in this Web portal, which are ordered as "special order" on
customer's demand cannot be exchanged.

The Right of Withdrawal with package merchandise expires
as soon as the package has been unsealed.
Information about
downloads:
The Right of Withdrawal with download products expires as
soon as the software has been unsealed electronically. You unseal it by typing
your personal shopper's key before starting the download in the pick up shelves.
Letter of Destruction:
In the case of a sales return we
need a so called "Letter of Destruction" from you, i.e. a written confirmation,
that you deleted the software completely from your system and that neither you
nor any other party still owns any copy or backup file of this
software.
Important:
If you paid for the returned software
per credit card we will book the amount back onto your credit card account. This
process depending on the card institute can take up to 4 weeks. As a credit card
payment is booked immediately, it can be possible that the rebooking onto your
account may not appear on the same credit card statement, but instead on your
next statement. |
