Download software

To downloads the pay-before-download principle applies, i.d. you can download the software to your system from call station after successful payment.
If we consent to your application for invoice or debit, you can pay your purchase via invoice resp. we debit the sum to your account within two weeks.

Package versions

Your goods are sent via parcel service directly from our warehouse in Karlsruhe. The delivery happens as a rule within 48 hours. Should in isolated cases the ordered products not be in stock, we will deliver as soon as possible.
P&P within Germany is free for box orders of more than 300,- Euros. For orders less than 300,- Euros we charge a handling fee of 6,90 Euros.
For shipping to abroad we choose the delivery type which is most cost effective, either via parcel service or with Deutsche Post.
The arising costs are displayed to you, when you put a package order into your shopping cart.
